Effective date: 8 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of applications, websites and online services provided by VisioNordic AB, trading as TiGHT AV (“TiGHT AV”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including TiGHT AV applications that integrate with Facebook, Instagram or other services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
TiGHT AV provides digital tools intended primarily for business users, distributors, partners and authorized representatives.
Our services may allow users to, among other things:
connect and manage Facebook Pages or other social media accounts;
create, prepare and manage marketing content;
upload and select text, images, video and other media;
generate or assist with the creation of marketing content using automated or artificial-intelligence-based tools;
schedule, publish or manage content on connected platforms;
retrieve information relating to connected Pages or accounts where permitted;
manage marketing campaigns and related workflows; and
access other features made available by TiGHT AV from time to time.
Available functionality may vary depending on the application, user permissions and third-party platform capabilities.
You may only use the Service if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization and to connect, access and manage any social media account, Facebook Page or other resource you connect to the Service.
You must not connect an account or Page that you are not authorized to manage.
Certain functionality is provided through integrations with third-party services, including Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram.
Your use of Meta products remains subject to the terms, policies and requirements established by Meta, including applicable Meta Terms, Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Community Standards.
You agree to comply with those requirements when using TiGHT AV services in connection with Meta products.
TiGHT AV is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes made by Meta or another third-party provider to its APIs, permissions, policies or services may affect or prevent certain TiGHT AV functionality.
When you connect a Meta account or Facebook Page, you may be asked by Meta to grant specific permissions to TiGHT AV.
Depending on the functionality you choose to use, these permissions may enable the Service to perform actions such as:
identify Pages you are authorized to manage;
access basic Page or account information;
retrieve content or information required to provide the requested functionality;
create, publish or manage Page content;
access engagement, performance or related information where permitted; and
perform other functions specifically authorized by you and permitted by Meta.
TiGHT AV will only use access granted through Meta for purposes related to providing, maintaining, securing and improving the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
You can revoke TiGHT AV's access through your Meta account or Facebook settings at any time.
Revoking permissions may cause some or all features of the Service to stop working.
You retain ownership of text, images, videos, trademarks, logos, documents and other content that you provide to the Service (“Your Content”).
You grant TiGHT AV a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, reproduce and transmit Your Content only as reasonably necessary to:
provide the Service;
perform actions requested by you;
publish content to services you have connected;
maintain and secure the Service; and
comply with applicable law.
This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted or your use of the Service ends, except where continued retention is required by law, reasonably necessary for security or dispute resolution, or otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for content created, uploaded, approved, scheduled or published through your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content:
is accurate and lawful;
does not infringe intellectual property or other rights belonging to third parties;
complies with applicable advertising, marketing and consumer-protection laws;
complies with Meta policies and the rules of any other platform where it is published; and
is appropriate for its intended audience.
TiGHT AV does not assume responsibility for content published by users through the Service.
Some TiGHT AV services may use artificial intelligence or other automated systems to generate or recommend text, images, campaign concepts, schedules or other content.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, automated suggestions should be regarded as drafts or recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing content and determining whether it is appropriate before approving or publishing it.
You must not rely on automatically generated content as professional legal, financial, regulatory or other specialist advice.
You must not use the Service to:
violate applicable law or regulation;
violate Meta's terms, policies or platform requirements;
access an account, Page or resource without authorization;
impersonate another person or organization;
distribute spam, malware or deceptive content;
unlawfully collect, process or disclose personal information;
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
interfere with or disrupt the Service;
reverse engineer or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
use Meta Platform Data for surveillance or unlawful profiling;
sell, license or otherwise commercially transfer Meta Platform Data except where expressly permitted by Meta;
misuse access tokens, credentials or API permissions; or
use the Service in a way that could cause TiGHT AV to violate Meta's Platform Terms or Developer Policies.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe use of the Service violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party platform policies or presents a security risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of credentials used to access the Service.
You must promptly inform TiGHT AV if you believe that:
your account has been accessed without authorization;
a connected social media account has been compromised; or
credentials, tokens or other authentication information may have been exposed.
You must not provide your Facebook password or other Meta login credentials directly to TiGHT AV unless a specific authentication process expressly requires credentials to be provided to that service.
Where Facebook Login or another OAuth-based authorization mechanism is used, authentication is handled through the relevant third-party platform.
Our collection and processing of personal data and information received through Meta or other connected services is described in the TiGHT AV Privacy Policy.
Where we receive information through Meta APIs, we process such information only in accordance with:
permissions granted by the relevant user;
functionality requested by the user;
applicable law;
our Privacy Policy; and
applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data.
We apply reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures designed to protect information processed through the Service.
You may disconnect a Facebook, Instagram or other connected account at any time.
Users may also request deletion of personal information and Meta-related user data processed by TiGHT AV in accordance with the instructions provided in our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion instructions.
Where applicable, TiGHT AV will delete relevant user data when:
deletion is requested by the user;
the information is no longer necessary to provide the Service;
deletion is required by Meta;
deletion is required by applicable law; or
the Service or relevant account relationship is terminated and there is no lawful reason to retain the information.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, establishment or defence of legal claims or other legitimate legal purposes.
Except for Your Content and third-party materials, the Service and all associated software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to TiGHT AV.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of TiGHT AV intellectual property to you.
The TiGHT AV name, logo and related branding may not be used without permission except where applicable law permits such use.
Facebook, Instagram, Meta and associated names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Features may temporarily or permanently become unavailable because of:
maintenance;
technical failures;
security measures;
changes to third-party APIs;
changes to Meta permissions or policies; or
circumstances outside TiGHT AV's reasonable control.
We may add, change or remove functionality where reasonably necessary.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with services operated by third parties.
TiGHT AV does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security practices or terms.
Your relationship with third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:
you materially violate these Terms;
use of the Service violates applicable law;
use of the Service violates Meta or other third-party platform policies;
your use creates a security risk;
we are required to do so by Meta, another platform provider or a competent authority; or
continued provision of the Service is no longer technically or commercially feasible.
Upon termination, authorizations to connected services may be revoked and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TiGHT AV does not guarantee that:
the Service will always be available;
third-party integrations will remain available;
automatically generated content will be accurate;
content published through third-party platforms will be accepted or displayed in a particular way; or
third-party platforms will not modify, restrict or remove published content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TiGHT AV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill.
TiGHT AV is not responsible for losses resulting from actions, outages, restrictions or policy decisions of Meta or other third-party platforms that are outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation or exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, if you use the Service in connection with a business or organization, you agree to indemnify TiGHT AV against third-party claims resulting from:
content you publish through the Service;
your unlawful use of the Service;
infringement of third-party rights by Your Content; or
your material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from TiGHT AV's own unlawful conduct.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, security requirements or third-party platform requirements.
The current version will be published on the TiGHT AV website with its effective date.
Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
